My boyfriend loved this meal, so I had to taste it and he instantly lost his meal because I insisted on eating the remainder of his plate!

A godsend...

I started working out with Waylon as a trainer. I had a torn meniscus and was trying to get my strength and mobility back. He mentioned Olakino Eats as an option to meet my nutrition goals. I started in October of 2024. Generally, I get three meals a day for five days a week. It's not cheap but it certainly isn't expensive-- went to make my own meatloaf recently and the groceries cost $90!!! It's been such a relief not to worry about cooking or calories or macros during the week and just focus on work and home life. Hailey also works hand in hand with my trainer to address my macros and calorie requirements. Just this past month, a few people have said to me, "Are you on Ozempic??!!" I can honestly say I'm doing it through diet and exercise without any of the additional side effects of optional pharmaceuticals. Thanks for everything, Hailey!
