How To Order

1. Browse our ‘standard’ and ‘specials’ menu options and add meal preps to your cart

2. Once items are added to cart, select pick-up (shipping is NOT available) and choose your pick-up location (Kauai Athletic Club Lihue or Kapaa) and submit your order each week by Thursday at midnight

3. Get ready! Meals will be delivered each and every Monday afternoon to both Kauai Athletic Club locations (Lihue and Kapaa). Keep your eyes peeled for a text and/or email from us letting you know your meals are dropped off and ready to be picked-up and enjoyed!
