General: 

How do I place an order?

When does your ‘Specials’ menu come out? 

-Our limited time ‘Specials’ menu rotates monthly!  This allow us to incorporate more local, fresh ingredients into our meals and to provide our customers with meal variety. If you have meals you'd love to see as a special please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate.   

 

When do orders close? 

-Orders close every Thursday at 11:59pm for delivery the following Monday afternoon. Olakino Eats is pre-order + pre-payment only and all sales are final. If you need to make any changes to your order, please do so before the deadline on Thursday at midnight. We get it- life happens! Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions. 

 

Is there cooking involved? 

-All meals come fully cooked. They can be enjoyed cold or re-heated. We recommend reheating meals on the stove-top, in the oven, or in an air fryer for best results. 

 

Are the containers microwave & freezer safe?

-Our meal prep containers are both microwave and freezer safe. If using the microwave to reheat meals, we recommend cracking the lid open for better all-around heating. We strongly encourage the re-use and re-purposing of our meal prep containers. 

 

How long do Olakino meals last? 

-All of our meals are cooked to safety guidelines and will be labeled with an expiration date. As long as they are properly refrigerated, they can be consumed within 5-6 days. For best quality, we recommend consuming within 3-4 days and consuming any meals containing seafood or fresh fruit first. Most meals are freezer friendly.

Do you offer subscriptions? 

-Yes, we offer monthly meal plans! We know that setting goals and taking the necessary steps to reach them will take time- but we are in it with you for the long haul! Research shows that it can take anywhere from 2-8 months to turn a new behavior into a habit. Monthly subscriptions keep you on track week after week, allow you the freedom to pre-order once a month instead of weekly, and save you money. Can I customize my meals? 

-Yes, there are a few ways to customize your meals: 

1. You can customize meals by selecting from the different substitution options under each menu item. 

2. You can customize your meals through our coaching service. We will discuss general nutrition & your personal goals, work together to determine how Olakino Eats meals will play a role in getting you to your goals, and create a plan of action- Together! 

3. If you have specific dietary needs, dietary restrictions, or any other specific substitutions you would like to make please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate you. 

 

 

Delivery: 

When and where do you deliver?

-We deliver every Monday afternoon to both Kauai Athletic Club locations. You will be prompted to select your delivery location at check-out and will receive a text and/or email once your meals have been delivered to the location selected. 

 

How do I pick-up my meals? 

-Once you have received confirmation that your meals have been delivered, head on in to your selected location and let the front desk know you are ready to pick-up your Olakino meals! We recommend bringing your own bag, box, or cooler to make transporting easier & smoother.
