How do I place an order?

When does your ‘Specials’ menu come out?
Our limited-time ‘Specials’ menu rotates monthly, allowing us to incorporate fresh, locally sourced ingredients while providing variety to our customers. If you have meal suggestions, we’d love to hear from you! We’ll do our best to accommodate your favorites.
When do orders close?
Orders close every Thursday at 11:59 PM for delivery the following Monday afternoon. Olakino Eats operates on a pre-order + pre-payment basis, and all sales are final. If you need to make changes to your order, please do so before the Thursday deadline at midnight. Life happens—we understand! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Are the meals fully cooked?
Yes! All of our meals are fully cooked and can be enjoyed cold or reheated. For the best taste and texture, we recommend reheating on the stove-top, in the oven, or in an air fryer.
Are the containers microwave & freezer safe?
Yes! Our meal prep containers are both microwave and freezer safe. If microwaving, we recommend loosening the lid for even heating. We also encourage the reuse and repurposing of our containers to reduce waste.
How long do Olakino meals last?
All meals are prepared following food safety guidelines and will be labeled with an expiration date. Properly refrigerated meals last 5-6 days, though we recommend consuming them within 3-4 days for peak freshness. Meals containing seafood or fresh fruit should be eaten first. Most of our meals are freezer-friendly for longer storage.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! We offer monthly meal plans to help you stay consistent with your health goals. Research shows that forming new habits takes time—anywhere from 2-8 months—which is why we’re committed to being part of your long-term success.

Can I customize my meals?
Absolutely! We offer multiple ways to personalize your meals:
1️⃣ Substitutions: Select from available customization options under each menu item.
2️⃣ Coaching Services: Work with our NASM Certified Nutrition Coach to create a meal plan that aligns with your health goals.
3️⃣ Special Dietary Needs: If you have specific dietary restrictions or requests, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery & Pick-Up
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver every Monday afternoon to both Kauai Athletic Club locations:

At checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred pick-up location. Once your meals have been delivered, you will receive a text and/or email notification.
How do I pick up my meals?
Once you receive your delivery confirmation, head to your chosen Kauai Athletic Club location and let the front desk know you’re picking up your Olakino Eats meals. We recommend bringing a bag, box, or cooler for easy transport.
